On 12-18-2013 Aerobat Aviation, Inc. (AAI) and Navmar Applied Sciences Corporation (NASC) have executed a Teaming Agreement for further development of the Geobat as an Unmanned Aerial System technology for both commercial and military applications globally. NASC will handle the production of the Geobat UAS after the first prototypes are tested, approved and assembled. NASC offers in-house manufacturing resources, including in-kind contribution of NASC work areas, labs, personnel and laboratory areas to support AAI with research and development of aerospace advanced composite and structural components related to the advancement and full scale manufacturing of low altitude Geobat UAS airframes and future versions of the Geobat designs. Aerobat Aviation will provide engineering and technical support for the development, testing, fabrication, assembly and delivery of the projects including design and specialized materials required for order fulfillment.
